I hope you enjoy my pieces as much as I do making them!

All SerenArt pieces are handmade and some of them are unique pieces, specially some jewelry pieces. SerenArT pieces are original, elegant and delicate. They all come nicely wrapped!

PAYMENT

Paypal and Credit Card accepted. Prices are in Euros.

NOTE: If you don't have a PAYPAL account you can pay by credit card, by choosing the PAYPAL option and later selecting: I don't have a paypal account. Then it will bring you to payment by credit card.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be happy with your purchase at SerenArT. 

If you are not, it is possible to replace the piece within 7 days after the buyer receives it. Please send me a message if you are planing to do so, so that we can arrange it. EMAIL: [email protected]

Items must be returned with original condition. 

We will replace it for you or refund once we receive it and examine it. No shipping costs will be refunded. 

NOTE: Earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons. 

Unfortunately, return shipping to be paid by the buyer.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR PIECES:

Keep your pieces in a box, in a bag, or in a drawer, always away from dust and air. Leaving your pieces exposed to air conditions can damage them, and can darker the color of the metal. 

For sterling silver, gold you can clean your pieces with a polish cloth. Or you can also try to clean them with some baking soda. 

For gold plated and silver plated pieces you can use the polish cloth but not too much as the plated can disappear.
